Welcome to Fortune POS! These terms conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between you, the user, and Fortune POS regarding the use of our online Point of Sale system in Kenya. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms

  • - Fortune POS offers a monthly subscription plan for access to our online Point of Sale system
    - By subscribing, you gain the right to use our system for your business purposes during the subscription period
    - Subscription fees are payable in advance and must be paid by the due date

    2. User Responsibilities

  • - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials
    - You guarantee that all information provided during the registration process is accurate and up-to-date
    - You understand and accept that any breach of these Terms may result in the termination of your subscription without a refund

    3. Service Limitations

  • -  We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our online Point of Sale system. However, we cannot guarantee that our services will always be available and error-free
    -  Fortune POS reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications on our system, which may temporarily affect its accessibility

    4. Intellectual Property

  • -  All content, features, and functionality provided by Fortune POS are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
    -  You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of our system without explicit written permission from Fortune POS

    5. Privacy and Data Protection

  • - Fortune POS values your privacy and complies with data protection regulations
    - By using our system, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

    6. Suspension and Termination

  • - Fortune POS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if we suspect any violation of these Terms.
    - We may also terminate the service if required by law or if it poses a risk to our system or other users.
    - In the event of termination, no refund will be provided for any remaining days of the subscription period.

    7. Limitation of Liability
